Chad A. Cardwell, LL.M

Attorney Cardwell is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States (2025), the Supreme Court of Tennessee (2007) and the United States Tax Court (2008). He is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, the Estate Planning Council of Memphis and is on the Tennessee Bar Association Estate Planning and Probate Section.

Attorney Cardwell is an alumnus of Briarcrest Christian School (1998), the University of Memphis (BBA – 2002, MBA – 2004) Regent University School of Law (J.D. – 2007) and the University of Miami School of Law (LL.M. – 2008).
